We’re two ladies on a mission, fuelled by our love for food (and an alarming number of late-night pizza cravings). After years in the food industry, we decided it was time to bring something bold, unapologetically American, and ridiculously delicious to the UK. Welcome to Pizza Social Club.

A middle ground between New York’s foldable slices and Chicago’s deep dish, Detroit-style pizza is dense but light enough to eat with your hands. We’re here to celebrate it, serve it, and make it a go-to favourite in London.

In the U.S., this pizza is made with Wisconsin brick cheese—but we’re in the UK, so we found the perfect alternative. Our answer? Cheddar. Sharp, tangy, and ready to steal the show, caramelising beautifully in the pan, it delivers that signature Detroit-style bite with a deliciously unique twist.
